Introduction

This guide will outline the steps to keeping your Adobe software Up-To-Date, all while staying within Adobe's Terms and Conditions.

Steps (7 total)

1

Adobe Runtimes / Reader Distribution License Agreement

First you'll need to register with Adobe (agree to their terms and conditions) found at:
Should the link change try Google for the Subject of Step 1.
2

Selecting what Adobe Softwares you want to distribute.

Select all of the check boxes for the items you are wanting to distribute. Flash, Air, Shockware and Reader in my case.
3

Filling out the form

Fill out the form with your contact details, explaining what you are wanting to install, to how many PC's etc etc.
4

Waiting for Confirmation

In my case the Adobe Flash was approved immediately (and thank god with all of these Zero-Day exploits being discovered)
As for the other items it can take up to 3 business days according to their site. Sit and wait for those.
5

Begin deploying

We use PDQ Deploy as our Deployment Tool of Choice.
Download the MSI's that you're approved for and add them to PDQ. Building or updating the installer's you may have as needed.
6

Determine who needs to be updated

So here there are a few ways to do this with PDQ 1) Import a List from Active Directory 2) Use Spiceworks
I've Used Spiceworks, ran the Software Installed report and sorted out everything that was not current.
7

Deploying the Software

Either schedule the PDQ Deploy job to run, or run it now.
Let it finish up, and redeploy as needed to any failed computers.

Conclusion

In order to keep Up-To-Date with all of these recent security issues (at least with Flash) just follow this process and you should be good to go.
