1

Contact Comcast to Bridge New Modem:

The modem doesn't come bridged for your static IP address. You need to contact Comcast at 800-391-3000 and ask them to bridge the modem for you. There is a Bridge button when you log in but that will render your modem useless if enabled.
2

Log into the new Comcast modem:

Open a browser windows and log into the modem
http://10.1.10.1
us: cusadmin
pw: highspeed
3

Navigate to the Advanced Tab

Navigate to the Advanced tab, then True Static IP Management, and there will be the following checkbox:
Disable all rules and allow all inbound traffic through
Check this box and save your settings. Close out your browser
4

Test out your ports now

Make sure you are outside the network, and test your connections.
